We were one of very few groups when we stayed due to time of year but the staff were nothing but accommodating regardless and upgraded our room on arrival. There was no one else using the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi but was put on whenever requested, towels were refreshed constantly and everyone had a smile for us. We had a few different massages which were lovely and the food was great. We had a lovely few days relaxing here after an adventure filled trip, it was just what the doctor ordered.
We had our taxi and bus booked for us and on leaving our bus was put back an hour so they extended check out to make us more comfortable.
The resort is an hours drive from Nimh Binh. We had a check out of the town and what was open was lovely but not a ton was due to time of year again I expect but wasn't needed because the resort catered perfectly for our 2 days!

Everybody needs to be spoiled once in a while , I chose this hotel for that reason to end my holiday on a high note , and I was not disappointed it was everything that I could wish for . Yes it cost a bit more than your average hotel in Asia , but Wow it was worth every penny , and was the cream on my cake to end my last four days in Vietnam , I will definitely be doing it again .

As a 4* resort with not cheap breakfast prices, not having a buffet breakfast but only serving bowls is unreasonable and needs to be rectified. If the room rate is high, the service must be commensurate.

The space is quite beautiful, lots of trees, but the soundproofing room is poor, you can hear snoring sound of the next room. The resort does not have a private beach, so it has to go to a public beach 1 block away. Breakfast is a little bit low

Staff is very friendly. Reasonable location. Bad rooms, bad toilet, smelly. Weevils from the roof of the roof fell to the floor constantly. The night was noisy because there was a class meeting, a vacation where loud speakers sang until 22h not off.

The style of decoration and space in the resort is quite ok but the soundproofing is not good. My wife and I go on weekends, the resort has a wedding party, which leads to noisy music all day of the 7th day cannot rest, cannot use the outdoor pool organized by the wedding party at the pool. The food is not good.

The view is very beautiful, the room is quite good, clean, friendly staff.
Room arrangement is very reasonable, in line with the wishes of the family.
The very comfortable private beach in the morning is not crowded.
Very close to the convenient dining center, close to the prized restaurants.
Good breakfast, delicious meals cooked well but the price is quite high and should be booked in advance.
