I just had a vacation here with my family and was very satisfied. My kid said the hotel deserves 2000 stars ^^. The staff from security, to janitors, receptionists... are all very enthusiastic and cheerful. The rooms are always clean, the location is convenient, especially suitable for families with young children! Breakfast is quite diverse, my family is not picky eaters so it's okay, but personally I think it would be more perfect if there were more local specialties (for example, banh khot...)

When arriving, all the staff were friendly. It was great to have a very good experience. Very satisfied, will book again when needing to stay in VT. However, the hotel slippers were made of rubber, so they hurt my feet.

Thanks to the hotel for a perfect vacation
The receptionist is cute, the security guard and the tour guide are also very friendly
The breakfast buffet is quite good! The food is delicious!
The room is clean and the room you chose for my family is very OK!

The location is very close to the places to go! Opposite the back beach!
Everyone should call the receptionist to book a room or book through Traveloka, it is okay and safe

The hotel is newly built, the room is clean and beautiful, I stayed in room 688, that night my family was sleeping when at about 3:40 am the fire alarm rang loudly, the loudspeaker announced that the hotel was conducting a rescue drill, guests should continue to rest. My dad also said why was there a rescue at 3 am, I also thought it was to check if the staff had fallen asleep or not, in the morning I also forgot to ask the receptionist if there was a drill but I forgot. Now that I'm home thinking back, it feels strange, I hope the hotel can confirm for me whether there was a drill or not, why was there a drill while the guests were resting. I'm so confused 😭😭😭

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. Nice view, reasonable price, friendly staff. Across the street is the beach. The breakfast buffet is varied, but the drinks like noodles and pho are not delicious, the soup has a lot of powder, the yogurt often runs out early... If these things are improved, it will be okay. Next time I go to VT, I will still stay here.

Very good support, I arrived early and didn't think I would get a room right away without having to pay extra fees. The hotel is super clean and smells good right from the lobby, quiet, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, nothing to complain about

The hotel is newly built, the room is clean and beautiful, I stayed in room 688, that night my family was sleeping when at about 3:40 am the fire alarm rang loudly, the loudspeaker announced that the hotel was conducting a rescue drill, guests should continue to rest. My dad also said why was there a rescue at 3 am, I also thought it was to check if the staff had fallen asleep or not, in the morning I also forgot to ask the receptionist if there was a drill but I forgot. Now that I'm home thinking back, it feels strange, I hope the hotel can confirm for me whether there was a drill or not, why was there a drill while the guests were resting. I'm so confused 😭😭😭

The room is nice and clean, the reception hall is larger than other 4-star hotels I've been to, the breakfast buffet is okay, I went during the low season due to storms, but luckily my family still had a fun trip.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. Nice view, reasonable price, friendly staff. Across the street is the beach. The breakfast buffet is varied, but the drinks like noodles and pho are not delicious, the soup has a lot of powder, the yogurt often runs out early... If these things are improved, it will be okay. Next time I go to VT, I will still stay here.

The hotel is located very close to the beach so it is very convenient to walk down to the beach. Great service, the attitude of the receptionist and staff here is all friendly and attentive. The rooms are luxurious and smooth, the soundproofing is just right, not too good.
Wifi is a bit weak
Breakfast buffet has many diverse dishes, the food is also okay. The best are chicken pho and yogurt
