Very bad. Arriving at the place waited for nearly 1 hour to enter the room, the room had to go out with the bathroom, and at 7:00 in the morning, the house was pounding loudly.

Ưu điểm : đối diện bãi trước, có quán gongcha decor xinh xắn sát bên Nhược điểm : giá cả không rẻ, wifi tệ ( không bắt được, mặc dù đã báo với bên quản lí họ vẫn không giải quyết, cũng không nói chuyện lại với mình ), nhân viên khá tệ ( hôm mình đi thì khóa phòng bị lạc, checkin rất lâu và họ nói là sẽ mang lên phòng cho mình, cuối cùng mình vẫn phải tự alo lại và phải tự xuống lấy khóa phòng và họ không báo gì với mình cả), nhà tắm không vệ sinh lắm, và có 1 cái là mình thuê 1 phòng giá cao hơn xíu vì có view, cuối cùng là view đất hoang :))) view thấy ghê :))) Thật sự mình đã có một trải nghiệm không nice lắm với khách sạn này và với giá mà mình thuê. tuy nhiên thì mọi người có thể đến nếu mọi người không quá khó khăn và muốn gần biển

The hotel is quite nice, convenient integrated area, enthusiastic receptionist. But, the service was not very clear, at first I said I would come back and introduce to my friends, until the last minute I met the check-out reception, it was very unhappy: (((I contact the room via phone) receptionist, listen to the quote of 650k / room including services (criteria I find a room is to have breakfast on the spot for the whole family). After that, I also chat mess through the page to ask for sure the price and the I always told you to book through the app to pay for convenience stores faster (I usually book a room on the app and I like it) When you come to check in, ask the receptionist to guide breakfast in the package service, you guide enthusiastically and the room rate of one extra person booked on the spot.After breakfast is finished, check-out, the receptionist will notify that the room rate does not include breakfast, to pay an extra amount n..Ohoooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhh while asking and consulting clearly before booking, she also said that because the app hasn't been updated, the hotel has called the app switchboard, probably the app party hasn't called for the guests (! ?!?) I'm quite disappointed! I still say charging to pay, avoiding back and forth takes a lot of time. Finally, ask you done so, you check the papers: "Yes, yes!" Haizzz, quite disappointed with this situation, blaming it on this and that app is very bad! The other problem with payment is due to the hotel receptionist, if not, then so be it. Once a guest is not satisfied, never contact again.

I have a great stay at Happy Forest. Clean rooms, enthusiastic reception, restaurant, cafe are quite diverse. Room view is quite nice. Thanks Happy Forest very much. Glad to choose this place during our vacation. Hope your hotel, restaurant more developed. If we go back we will choose you as our resting and eating place. Thank you!

The room is not the same as the picture posted .. the hotel room looks very cramped. Small room. No bit of drap is washed after using. Due to the unknowingly traveling day, I went to the month without bits. Get up in the morning to make the hotel dirty. When paying, the room cleaning staff calls for a 100k surcharge for washing. I am ok and I said that because I did not know in advance, I accidentally left the hotel right after I got so that the stain was easy to wash out. Thinking about how the two girls moved to unify the room to collect 50k. :)))). The extra money is not a problem but just a question of collecting and washing laundry. And because I don't want to tell many people, I call her to see ... :)))) ..

Despite good food and location near the sea, but the service is limited. Here breakfast is called a dish in the hotel party list, the restaurant staff is a bit slow and the layout of each table is messed up. My family has 6 people calling at the same time but only 2-3 times, and the remaining 3 people have to ask the cave and wait. By the time the 3 people in the group had eaten all their pastas and two friends had not seen it yet. You have to ask and go down to the kitchen to help you do it. Not just our group, but other family groups also suffer from this situation. My room is a room for 2 people. But when I came to check-in at 14h35pm, the receptionist told me to wait 5-10 minutes because the room was not finished. So what does the hotel require guests to check-in at 14h to do? I arrived 35p late and still had to wait 10p more. Should the hotel have to set up before the time to check in? When I checked in, there was no towel, I had to call down the receptionist to reflect, then the staff brought me up. In short, the holiday is fine except for the hotel service

The room I received is not the same as in the picture. Seeing the picture with the sea view, when I got back to myself, the place around it was the wall. The window could see nothing but the wall next to it.
