We House Hotel Ben Thanh - Hostel

I have a pleasant stay here. Quadruple room is very large and comfortable. 1 car is parking overnight all 30k 1. Air conditioner oke toilet okay

Rooms are very fragrant, bright, modern. Everything is great. But only one thing is to keep the car in the parking lot next to the hotel, the carkeepers are bad and have a very bossy attitude.

Location very strategic, bedroom and bathroom are large,clean, refrigerator provided. Near to bus station and Benh Thanh market and easily to buy meal from 6am~11pm.

The air conditioner was loud and there was no parking space for motorbikes.

Bathroom has cockroaches. When I informed the staff, I was told if I could catch the cockroach myself, and the employee asked if I was afraid of cockroaches. In the end, I had to take that cockroach away myself. I really like the room at Andrea Home but I disagree with having cockroaches in the room and the staff are not enthusiastic about dealing with the problem. Also I find it difficult to understand how to clean the room that I have to notify them to clean the room. I stayed for 4 days but only moved for 1 day and before they moved they texted me to open the door and they cleaned the room while they had extra keys. In short, I was just a little puzzled about how to handle the situation of the staff and not mean anything. So expect the hotel to train them a little more carefully to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. Thank you!
