Largest hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent room and excellent staff. But...the large tour groups did everything together...often overcrowding the lobby...giving no consideration to other guests..blocking the entrance, smoking in the doorway, having loud conversations, etc. And forget about breakfast...it was sheer bedlam...it was as if I was in a room full of starving homeless people hurrying to get to the food before anyone else. All I wanted was a cup of coffee...it was horrible.

Loved this hotel! It was gorgeous weather in Nha Trang but very hot so we spent a lot of time upstairs in the pool! Although it wasn’t massive at no point was it busy. Rooms were lovely too!

Hotel was fantastic. They have construction going on across the street which is a 24 hour operation but it didn’t keep me awake.

The hotel is right in the city center, however the hotel's location is often wrong, so customers who want to book a car should remind the driver that the hotel is on To Hien Thanh street. The room is ok, however, they do not pay attention to cleaning the room. I went for more than half a day and came back without cleaning the room. When they saw me coming back, the cleaning staff asked if I needed cleaning. If I agreed, there would be no place to rest. The breakfast buffet is not diverse, very few dishes, and the seating space is very cramped.

Advantages: the hotel is located right in the center, you can walk to the beach, about 600m. The staff is friendly, pleasant and cheerful. Disadvantages: the room is very small, the hallway is also very small, the room area is only enough for a bed, the soundproofing is extremely poor, the air conditioner sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, there is no coffee spoon in the room, the hygiene is also average (not very suitable for families with small children)

Distance: (8/10) Not close to the beach; you have to walk quite a bit to reach the shore.
Service: (5/10) I called the hotel’s phone number many times to ask whether early check-in was possible (or if I could leave my luggage there), but no one at the reception desk answered. It was really frustrating not to receive any support.
Facilities: (2/10)
- The air conditioner was terrible, with a maximum setting of only 22°C. I spoke with the front desk staff, but they said that was the lowest it could go. The room was very hot and stuffy, so I ended up leaving early the next morning.
- The quality of the shower gel bottles was very poor. I initially used them to shower but realised the shower gel was of extremely low quality, seemingly diluted heavily with water, and it had a very fishy smell (almost like it had been left unused for a long time and had mould inside).
- The bathroom window couldn’t be opened. After using the toilet, the smell lingered, making it very unpleasant for the next use.
- Very poor soundproofing. When guests in neighbouring rooms knocked on their doors, it sounded as if they were knocking on my door.
- The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, almost non-existent. I had to use my phone’s mobile data as a hotspot to work that night.

The room in general is furnished with minimalistic yet modern equipments. The one and only issue is that the two single beds were combined for the sake of serving"1 large bed for 2 people". This gave us severe back pain and discomfort during our sleep.

Friendly hotel. The restaurant staff is very nice. Appreciate the taste of the food, but it didn't top up when the food ran out, so I went to have breakfast at 8:15 and the food was gone. The receptionist has 2 male friends who are friendly and smile to guests, the female friends must be too busy to answer... when I want to rent a car, the female receptionist said the car was full and did not include other options for me. . I feel that such service is not good for a 4 star hotel. I didn't ask for the names of the restaurant staff but appreciate you. The housekeeping guys are also very friendly
