A very comfortable night with a view of a beach and Cardigan Bay. A very good gluten free breakfast. I saw dolphins in the harbour, many sea birds including a cormorant with a fish and I had a lovely cliff walk.

A most enjoyable stay enhanced by perfect weather. Hotel convenient for all facilities in New Quay. A clean pleasant room (room 3) with three windows giving sea views. Reasonably priced food at the hotel. Hope to stay again in future, but were told that it would probably be cheaper to book directly with the hotel than through Hotels.com.

Check in was swift and pleasant. We were shown to the suite (family suite) and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely thick quality duvet and pillows. Tea and coffee available also. Towels were plenty and again good quality. We ate in the bar and the staff were great. Apologies for the names (both lads) Food was lovely. Very enjoyable spur of the moment stay. I would return in a heartbeat.

Picture postcard hotel and restaurant set just above the perfect harbour of New Quay. Marston's pub so the food is standard but decent quality. The staff are cheerful, friendly and caring. The rooms are large and oddly shaped as you would expect for an old building. Warm and comfy bed with plenty of storage space and large bathroom and shower
