The Double Rewards Program (“Program”) is available exclusively to users who are duly registered with Traveloka and who meet the criteria set forth herein.
Participation in any airline frequent flyer program through the Program is subject at all times to the applicable terms and conditions of the respective airline. Traveloka shall not be liable for any matter arising from or in connection with such third-party terms.
The accrual of frequent flyer miles under the Program is currently limited to the following participating airlines: Garuda Indonesia, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways and Vietnam Airlines (only applicable to selected international routes)
In order to accrue frequent flyer miles under the Program, the user must enter a valid and accurate frequent flyer identification number corresponding to one of the eligible airlines at the time of booking, and prior to completion of payment via the Traveloka platform.
The name associated with the user's frequent flyer account must exactly match the name used in the flight reservation. Any mismatch, typographical error, or incorrect information may result in the rejection of the miles accrual request.
Only bookings made under eligible fare classes and seat types, as determined solely by the respective airline, shall qualify for the accrual of miles under the Program.
A minimum app version of 3.10 (Android/iOS) is required to access Traveloka Priority.
Users can only be registered to the Traveloka Priority program in one country.
Users are not allowed to switch the Priority program country selection.
Each reward and/or perk has a different validity period and terms & conditions, by using the rewards or perks, users are deemed to have agreed with all the terms & conditions of the relevant reward and/or perk.
Traveloka reserves all rights to change or adjust the tier mechanism, including membership upgrade and downgrade, without prior notice.
Traveloka reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Traveloka Priority program at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice.
Traveloka shall bear no responsibility for any failure or delay in the crediting of frequent flyer miles arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information provided by the user.
