2. Search for Flights — On the homepage, select the Flights tab. Enter your departure city (e.g., Kuala Lumpur) and destination city (e.g., Bangkok). Choose your travel dates and the number of passengers. Select your preferred cabin class (Economy, Business, or First Class). Tap Search.
3. Compare Results — Browse the search results to compare Thai Airways flights by departure time, duration, number of stops, and price. Use filters to narrow results by airline, departure time, price range, and transit duration.
4. Select Your Flight — Tap on your preferred Thai Airways flight to view fare details, baggage allowance, and fare rules. For round-trip bookings, select both your outbound and return flights.
5. Enter Passenger Details — Fill in the required passenger information including full name (as per passport), date of birth, nationality, and passport number for international flights. Double-check all details for accuracy.
6. Add Extras (Optional) — Add travel insurance, seat selection, special meal requests, or extra baggage if needed.
7. Choose Payment Method — Select your preferred payment method from the available options: credit/debit card, online banking, digital wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay), or instalment plan.
8. Complete Payment — Review your booking summary and complete the payment. Your Thai Airways e-ticket will be sent to your registered email and will also be available in the Traveloka app under My Bookings.
9. Manage Your Booking — Access your booking anytime through the Traveloka app to view your e-ticket, check in online, reschedule, or make changes.
