Please check the instructions on the voucher because the pickup point is actually at A01, not A13. Unfortunately, I went to A13 first and the staff there was quite rude. At A01, the pickup process was straightforward and the card worked right away. Also, the voucher was issued quickly, so no complaints from me on that part.

At the time I arrived, I was a little bit confused about the pick-up counter. Do not look for information from the internet (arrival hall A13 counter), just follow the voucher that you got from the app.

Overall, I was very impressed with the convenience, speed, and comprehensiveness of the Octopus Card. It's highly recommended for anyone traveling to Hong Kong, as it makes travel smoother, easier to use, and significantly improves the overall trip experience.

The location to redeem the octopus is right in front of the arrival gate, easy to find, and there was no queue.
