Had a great time at The Lost World of Tambun with my family. This place is definitely family-friendly and very suitable for a vacation with kids. There are lots of fun activities for both children and adults. We really enjoyed the water park, hot springs and the overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a great place to spend quality time with the family. Definitely worth visiting and we would love to come back again!

Exceptional experience. Only one lacking: toilet signage. Toilet signs need to be placed at the entrance so that visitors can easily find them.

The staff was very nice. I took a full ticket, but I didn't know the cut-off time for specific locations. Full details of each ticket should be provided at the entrance, which is better. So many people missed out. Take time to study the map, as the place is large, and be careful, as monkeys can steal food from two people.

Redemption of tickets at the entrance was easy, and the park was very accessible. There are many activities, but we skipped the water park. Some animals for kids and adults to see, and a few rides, not too many. Good to spend half a day or so here.

Remember, don't bring any food or drink inside; you must buy inside. The staff are friendly and give nice information. The pools are many. The park is clean. Recommended.

Everything is good. Well maintained. Staff at Sunway are all friendly. The pools are clean. But everything inside is expensive.

We had a very exciting day here! Love the petting zoo and the nature it offers. While the rides are not that extreme, I think the highest point of the park was the haunted house where we screamed the top of our lungs 🤣🤣🤣. You can chill here until late night at the hot springs, but due to its limited space, holidays can be too crowded at night.
