Half of the water park was not working, yet the staff said nothing about it before allowing visitors to enter. This is extremely misleading. If most of the attractions are closed, customers should be informed at the entrance so they can decide whether it’s worth paying for or not.
The kids’ slides are dangerously slippery, and there are no rubber mats placed there, which is clearly a safety issue. On top of that, the only pool that used to have hot water has been replaced with a water slide that isn’t even working, so this place is no longer a hot spring. At best, it’s a lukewarm pool trying to pretend to be a water park.
Many of the restaurants were completely empty, and instead of maintaining the hot pools, they replaced them with slides and new restaurants that add no real value.
Worst part is the complete lack of customer service. No solution was offered, no discount, no free food voucher, nothing. Staff simply ignored the problem and showed no interest in resolving it, even though only 2 out of 5 slides were actually working.
To make matters worse, the pool water is no longer hot, and the slide pool didn’t even have water running properly, so kids couldn’t use it.
Overall, this place is not worth the money. If most attractions are closed, customers deserve to know before paying. Right now it feels like visitors are being misled.
