Not a good memory for my first time visiting. The staff just sat there and showed nothing to me. I tried to talk to her and asked, but still nothing. Not a warm welcome at all. I got to see because of the next tourist who came and did something that we could follow. Shouldn't be treated differently.

Other than the waiting time for the swing, things were pretty good.

Since we went early in the morning, it wasn't very crowded, and we were able to ride the swings smoothly. The facility was clean and comfortable.

The prices are too high...if you ride each one individually it ends up costing more than Disneyland.

If you buy offline, it seems like the process will take a long time, but because I bought online, the service was fast. The queue for flying fox wasn't long, not as long as the 3-hour swing😭 flying fox was only about 30 minutes. Overall, it was okay and really fun! Flying fox is the best in my opinion. It's just that climbing the stairs when you want to go home is really tiring

The staff is very kind. My friend left her phone in the restroom. She realized it when she was already at Ubud Market. When she returned, her phone was already at the security post. The cleaning staff had it. A small note: some of the wooden steps are starting to rot, and some are loose. Yesterday, when I was there, a foreigner almost fell because the steps came loose.

The experience is good, but the food and drink price is so expensive

The reservation staff is very slow... exchanging a ticket for 1 person can take up to 20-30 minutes... on the spot, even though the queue is long, it is served faster than in the reservation section where there are only a few people

Ticket redemption was seamless. It is better to visit early in the morning as the crowd is not there yet for great pictures. Swing arrangement is okay, not much wait time needed. Try their luwak coffee if you are interested.

Very beautiful rice field and greenery! We took a lot of nice photos here. You can skip the queue with the purchase of online tickets.

Since several years ago, I've been curious to go here. Then I canceled because it was so crowded, and only got to go on this holiday. Traveloka makes it very easy and of course it can be more economical. It's good to go in the morning, because it's quite a leg exercise here 😂 And if you oversleep, it'll be hot.... Opens from 7, so it's better to go in the morning. But Flying Fox opens at 10....

From booking to playing the rides, everything went smoothly. There is only a slight difference in treatment for those who book online and offline (on the spot) Understandable.

It was worth every penny. The property is gorgeous You do have to pay if you want to taste the tea / coffee though. Also 100k entrence fee for cretya not worth it

the place is beautiful and clean. but it's quite crowded and you need a long entry to play swing. if you don't want to queue, look for it in a place with less visitors.
