The staff are nice, the water is clean, but there are rides that are closed, so it's a bit of a shame that the ticket price is quite expensive in my opinion, but there are rides that are closed.

Gowet is no longer as popular as it used to be. It's no wonder there are fewer visitors because many of the rides are not operating, such as the river with no current, the wave pool with no waves, the highest slide is closed, and the second children's pool is also not operating. Gowet is no fun at all. Please improve the management, instead of making it worse.

When I wanted to go to the lazy river, I wasn't allowed, I don't know because it was being repaired or what. Then the staff was a bit annoying, blowing whistles every now and then, even though my children were being supervised by me and my husband. I went up the lowest slide, even though we were also supervising my children, so it seemed like nothing was allowed, not swimming but just playing in the water. The staff was really indifferent, I took a long time to sign the ticket and didn't come out, and then when we asked where the restroom was, they were all playing on their phones.

It's so much fun playing here, there are lots of rides for adults and children, the staff are also friendly, and purchasing through the redeem app is easy, really easy, no need to queue!

It's easier to book with the app. It's quite a busy place for holidays.

Basically, it's fun here... all day playing in the water... and most importantly, the shower room is very clean and aesthetic... free tires and floats... all the staff are friendly
