The ticket exchange process is easy; just state your name (if ordering via the app) without showing proof of order. Water quality needs to be improved. Opening hours/weekdays are pleasant and quiet. Information boards need to be expanded. The staff is very helpful. Hopefully the facilities will improve, and hopefully it's safe. Please put up a sign prohibiting spitting in the pool, that's all.

It's fun. The kids love playing here. The location is also strategic.

My child really likes Citra Land swimming pool because there are lots of rides and the water level is still safe and not too deep.

The first time I came here, the kids were so satisfied that they finished playing until the rides were about to close.🤗

The location is comfortable, close to the mosque. So we can still pray comfortably even while accompanying our little ones. The changing rooms are also comfortable and spacious.

The water smells like chlorine, and you're not allowed to bring food in. I chose this pool because you could bring food in, but it turns out the rules have changed.

An exciting and fun waterpark for kids. The location is beautiful, and there's a cafe where you can enjoy a variety of menus at competitive prices in the pool area. There's also a mosque and the call to prayer outside the waterpark, very close by, so you can easily join congregational prayers if prayer time is approaching without having to rush.

The pool is good, but the water is not cleaned often enough, and for women to rinse off there is no door, only a curtain, so it is not very comfortable, everything else is good.
