Perfect for kids' holidays. There are two water slides, one large playground, a lazy river, and a wave pool.

The staff at the location are very friendly, there are also lots of rides.

The place remains the same as it was 20 years ago. However, because it's an older pool, some of the facilities are starting to deteriorate and need repair. For example, the floor is cracked, the slide is peeling paint, and the children's toys are rusty. For such a high price, it needs better maintenance.

Buying PI Water Park tickets on the app is very easy and fast, and upon arrival at the location, registration via barcode is also very fast and easy... highly recommended for visiting vacation spots with family through the explore app, because it is guaranteed that the tourist attractions are good and comfortable... like our choice at Pondok Indah Water Park, the swimming pool is clean and comfortable... good and satisfying 👍 thank you app.

Excellent but too expensive, if the ticket price was the same on weekdays and weekends, it would be even better.

Well, the lifeguard wasn't very responsive. I called out to everyone, but no one came to see my child, who had fallen and hit his mouth on a long chair near the pool, bleeding. I couldn't move because I was carrying an infant and a toddler, so I couldn't leave the area. I called out and shouted, but no one responded. Finally, a cleaning staff member came to the pool area, but only put on a gauze pad, but no manager came.

The children are happy because the guards are always alert everywhere, the water is clean.

It's really fun, it's clean and the room is rinsed with warm water which is clearly clean and safe... it's really easy to exchange, the friendly staff helped.

Bought to play with my nephew... really fun, a bit sad that we didn't play during the day. Because it closed at 5:30 PM and we still wanted to play. Next time we'll definitely come here again.
