Nice experience, lovely place and good fun.

On the day of arrival, there weren't many people. Overall, it was okay. However, feeding the elephants was only possible at one spot.

The place is spacious, nice, and fun even though there are not too many elephants... but it is highly recommended, you can interact directly with the elephants. Moreover, the staff there are very helpful, polite, very friendly... and when we were there we were the only Indonesians there... everyone was Caucasian, very discriminatory... the staff are very pleasant, I hope it always stays like this... thank you 🙏

We're happy to meet the elephants and saw that they're doing well. They look well taken care of and well-fed! We are also glad to know that there's no more elephant riding here, which is a great change for Mason. The park is clean, well organized, green, and clean... Beautiful accommodation, helpful staff. We could spend all day here with their elephants. Missing their elephants already! Keep it up Mason, stay focused and committed to elephant welfare 🙏

Lovely visit to the park as a treat to my son on his 7th birthday. Loved the experience to be up and close with the elephants, feed, and touch them. Lovely experience, and ticket redemption and processing was very smooth, recommended visit indeed.

The place is clean and comfortable, with good facilities such as a restaurant, shower rooms, and gazebos for guests to wait and relax. The staffs are also friendly and very accomodating when it comes to taking photos and videos. On the other hand, we can clearly see the trainers are using jab hooks on the elephants' head. It can be considered animal cruelty, so it kinda made me sad.

Really nice experience, the staff’s nice. Even though it was raining, umbrellas were provided to make sure we still enjoyed the park.

With the pandemic situation, it's still amazing to see the elephant safari is still very clean and neat. I remembered last time when I went there, it was crowded and there were some shows. Unfortunately, some animal lovers said that elephants are not supposed to be trained so harshly and actually they preferred to have the place closed down, however, the elephants need to have foods and also maintained. I just hope that this place will be open and will be busy again so the park can maintain its cleanliness and people can ride the elephants joyfully.

Everything was amazing though quite sad that all of the elephants were chained up with only a meter to move. Some of them seemed rather stressed.

One of the most enjoyable place that I've visited in Bali. The elephants were healthy and playful. There was a baby elephant too named Krisna, so cute! The staffs were friendly and helpful. They didn't mind to take your pictures as much as you want
