Amazing and very unforgettable experience.

Universal Studios Japan exceeded all my expectations! From thrilling rides to stunning themed areas, every corner felt magical. The attention to detail, especially in the Harry Potter and Super Nintendo World zones, was amazing. It truly felt like stepping into another world!

We had so much fun at Universal Studios! You should arrive early to get in first. Buying tickets through the app gives you a discount, making it very cheap. I highly recommend it. You can buy the tickets and scan them to enter Universal Studios from your mobile phone. It's convenient and worth it!

Great experiences, amazing rides, wonderful interior and sceneries inside, would love to come again.

Staff was very helpful, especially the lost and found staff outside the park gate. She helped us find our lost card holder with IC and ID card in it by very good coordination with USJ teams and then granted us re-entry access to pick the item they found inside the park.

Must-visit places if you go to Japan / Osaka....

The queues are incredibly long and crowded. You have to arrive early in the morning. Unfortunately, it opens at 9 but closes at 7. The opening and closing times are too short, leaving many attractions unavailable, and queues can be 30 minutes to an hour, especially for popular attractions.

So fun, but sadly the day I came was raining, so I cannot enjoy all places.

As the largest theme park in Asia and third largest in the world, certainly Universal Studios Osaka doesn't disappoint. Attention to details from customer service, next-level cleanliness, each staff smiles and friendly. Prices are also reasonable. Their management obviously know how to treat visitors well and deliver amazing experience for young and old. Thank you USJ for delivering happy and amazing experience. I will return for sure.

Ticket exchange was easy, and the queues weren't particularly busy on a Saturday. That afternoon, there was the USJ 25th Anniversary Parade. There was a problem with the Waterworld show, but they were compensated with two express passes for any ride.

It's really great, it's really good, you can exchange it guys, just show it and it's good.

The wait for the ride was a bit long, but overall it was okay.

Express pass is a must… Overcrowded, almost all the rides required 50min queue time, and some like Mario / Donkey even 3hrs!!!

Don't come here during Japanese school holidays.
