Great experience - easy ticket redemption, helpful staff, and clean!

I highly recommend visiting. If you allocate enough time, you can enjoy many of the rides. Go early in the morning because if you go later, it will be very crowded, and the wait times for popular rides will be long (minimum 90 minutes, according to what I've seen). For the Nintendo World zone, I recommend booking tickets immediately because the queues are very long.

Easy to redeem in-park. We were able to use at all stores inside USJ.

Everything going well. Depart earlier to have early entrance. Full of crowds even though reached two hours before opening.

The staff was very friendly. They will help you and explain everything about the rides and the safety. They also provide you a locker for your stuff. Just need ¥100 (1 AUD) to use the locker, and it will be returned to you once you finish. They accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Every redemption process is fast and easy. Just have to go very early to play more games as possible. No issue purchasing ticket via app.

The attraction is great and fun to visit with a group. The ride quality and safety are excellent. Checking your tickets is easy. Buy at the app was a good deal!

Really fun place to be with great setups and staff were really enthusiastic and friendly. However, it’s super crowded which really detracts from the experience. There’s really no choice but to get the express pass unless you want to queue many hours for rides. And sadly no chance to retake fun rides just because the queue is crazy.

Nice experience. I visited a week after Golden Week. There's no need for timed entry at Nintendo World, so just go straight to it. The longest entry I encountered was about 140 minutes for Donkey/Mario Kart (for the regular line). Single riders are also the best option for enjoying the rides without long lines (which can cut the time in half).

Just scan the barcode upon entry. Go straight to Super Nintendo World without an entry ticket. You can download the USJ app to check. The longest queue at Nintendo World can be 1-3 hours. For other games, it's around 20-40 minutes. You can explore almost all the attractions, even on Sundays.

The atmosphere is pleasant in the afternoon, the air is cool and clean. There's not a long wait for the rides.

Buy 5 tickets, only 4 can be used, the one with the same barcode cannot be used.

Redeeming tickets is incredibly easy. It's incredibly fun because there's a wide variety of games, including the highly coveted Super Mario Bros., which is both fun and engaging.

Buying in the app makes everything easier. No need to exchange tickets. Just scan the barcode and everything is done. 😍 Playing at USJ is even happier 🥰

Using the express pass is no problem... it really helps to shorten the time...
