Staffs very friendly and the place is really nice

It's really fun to go to waterbom, never get bored. Ticket exchange is easy. The place is spacious and the facilities are okay.

Okay, there are lots of water slides and various pools. I've been here many times in Bali.

From entry to leaving everything was 10/10

It's very pleasant, the facilities are great, and the kids are happy. It's more crowded with tourists, so the food counters are less Indonesian, tending towards Western.

Waterbom Bali is so cool, and it never gets boring. Hopefully, there will be new rides added, and more live shows scheduled.

For four years, every school holiday, we've always gone to Bali and always to Waterbom. It never gets boring and always makes us happy. Hopefully, there will be new attractions soon. Happy holidays, guys!

It was so much fun... the kids loved it from start to finish. It's just a shame the photobombing feature doesn't detect faces wearing goggles.

It's a really cool place for a family vacation.

Ordering is easy, and getting into the rides is also easy, although you have to queue. The facilities are complete and clean. Most importantly, there's Doughlab. The top-up system is a bit complicated, but you can top up using a credit card.

Best waterpark I've ever experienced. Very friendly and communicative staff. Even the maintenance or gardening crew were friendly and attentive to guests' needs. Fun rides with no wait time for the kids area. The facilities such as lockers and wristbands for purchases in-park were very easy to use without having to carry around bags. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The park was well designed with greenery and layout so that it did not feel big and crowded though there was still plenty of space for all the guests.

It was a pleasure to play here to my heart's content. We played continuously from morning until evening. It's a fun place. Thank you 🙏

Amazing. Kids of all ages can play here. It's very rare to find a place for kids of all ages, all heights, all in one place. Definitely worth every penny. The staff are all kind and helpful.
