It was definitely worth it. The ticket exchange process was very fast because the counter is different from the on-site one. It was more convenient to buy tickets through the app, even though you had to book well in advance. Upon arrival, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

It's safer to buy tickets online, as the queues are excruciating. As for the show, don't ask, it's absolutely amazing, you won't regret it.

The show was good, but some of the staff were unfriendly. Not everyone in the audience was willing to speak English, sticking to Indonesian or Javanese. The show itself was in Javanese.
