The staff on site were very helpful. The event ran smoothly and well, despite heavy rain beforehand, and raincoats were provided, showing great care for the guests' comfort.

One of the best culturally themed performance experiences. The only downside is that the venue has free seating, so you might have to scramble for a good spot. However, almost anyone can still enjoy the performance to the fullest.

Ticket redemption is at the information window of the ticket counters at the ballet entrance. There is almost no wait for ticket redemption, which is perfect. Next to it, one can have a quick buffet dinner at the restaurant. Being able to secure special class tickets in advance was a blessing, as I didn't need to queue up for tickets then. The VIP or special class tickets are often not available on the official website for some reason.

I really liked it. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any questions. The atmosphere was captivating from the moment we were greeted, with the sound of Javanese music and the singers. I still enjoyed the storyline of the dance drama, even though I don't understand wayang. It would be better to just narrate a little without interrupting the performance, so that foreign guests can easily understand.
