Three rides to get to 81th floor but the elevators are smooth enough to reduce tiredness. Good range of food: Dimsum okay, sashimi okay, the salmon was dry and beef was blanch. Highlights are truffle soup and freshly grilled big shrimps; also the signature mango sticky rice. Tips: tell the staffs if your seats are too windy so your food won’t get cold too soon.

The service at the restaurant was very good. The staff took good care of me. However, I purchased the voucher through Traveloka, and the service did not meet the conditions. I called and emailed to ask for clarification, but I have not received proper feedback.

The photo looks delicious durian but in reality it has a belt. If it doesn't have one, don't post the photo.

The food and the experience was absolutely phenomenal.

Use Traveloga service, very easy to book, get a better price than booking directly with the hotel and a better price than booking online. Travel all over Thailand (usually we book at the event, just found out that booking on the app is cheaper). Now I really like the app's service.. The food is delicious as usual.

Beautiful view and delicious food, the staff speak English very well, should buy outdoor view in the evening, don't worry about the heat because there is a fan and it's very cool.

The staff at the location are very friendly and the food is all delicious 👍. This is my 2nd time for me.

the location is very confusing, im talking as an experience traveller lol, need to asking many times as the location for redemption moving from 1-18 to 20flr. :) and the elevator to the 81 floor very long and queing as they very slow and only operate some elevator, quite scary to be honest, because sometimes the elevator just stop and beeping. i know its and old building, but the view is stunning, try to choose outdoor buffet because indoor will be nothing special. For me this just 1x experience would not going back. but the staff and all is very good.

Ticket exchange on the 18th floor lobby. There are staff to help. Prefer to come early, the later it gets the hotter it gets (for outdoor). All the food is delicious!!! Clean, staff are very helpful! Can access floors 84 and 77 which is also fun.

The atmosphere is great, the food is cheap, and the view is worth a million.

The food tastes good, but there are quite a lot of people. The staffs provide very good service.

This floor has no time limit and we can enjoy our food until they close. I took the dinner with a free drink on the 83th floor. The food and service are good. I have experience in the other floors for dinner so would recommend 82th floor ( no time limit) and 81th also good that food the same but limit 2 hours. Better has an advance booking.

Delicious food, but not much seafood

They didn't tell me the time so it arrived" it's too late, all the food has been transported :( I'm at a loss
