It was really fun, because we got a promotional ticket last week, which made it cheaper. And at the time, the cable car was under repair, so we got three hours of play time and another free ticket for October.

It's quite a fun experience for the kids. It's only 10 minutes from home. Tickets are cheaper, probably because there's an Independence Day promotion going on. And the best part is, you get free tickets based on the number of tickets you buy. Yesterday, we bought six tickets, so next time we can get six free. We only found out about this when we exchanged our tickets online. Thank God, it's been a blessing.

The staff is friendly & everyone is pleasant

My first time trying Trans Snow World in Bekasi was for the kids. App purchases included a special promotion for two. A wristband was included to track play time. The ski train facility was currently undergoing maintenance. The food at the on-site cafe wasn't very varied, but overall, it was a memorable indoor snow experience.

The only problem at that time was that the cable car was undergoing maintenance, so it could not be used.

The staff is friendly and provides clear information regarding shoe rentals and playing times.

It was very fun and the kids were very happy.

The paint in the room is no longer attractive, making it less appealing for videos and photos. Furthermore, the escalator for the tires isn't working, and it's said to be under repair, making it quite an effort to retrieve the tires. There should have been advance notice or a discount, such as a lower price during the repair period than the standard promotional price, due to the less than optimal facilities.
