The park and animals here are not diverse but the staff is enthusiastic.

The zoo is clean but there are still very few animals, not many experiences for children and families. Go in and wait for the car to come out to see for 15-20 minutes and the journey ends. The weather is hot and sunny with little shade, not many things to keep visitors for long. The whole family experienced for 45 minutes and then left.

The ticket counter staff were very enthusiastic in guiding us to book tickets on the app. The staff here were all enthusiastic and happy to give instructions. The safari area was great.

The counter staff is a bit slow in issuing tickets on traveloka. Needs improvement. The zoo is okay, just a short walk and then it's over. It's ok to bring the kids along.

Safari Cafe Phan Thiet is a total vibe! The ticketing was smooth, and the park looks straight out of an Instagram filter with those cool baobab trees. Totally worth checking out!

The zoo has quite a few species: antelopes, giraffes, zebras, ostriches, goats, sheep There are many visitors so the wait is a bit long. Mainly an experience for children, not as expected as a true safari

We didn’t face any long waits, and the information signs were very helpful. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. I highly recommend visiting!

There is nothing in the safari area. Tickets are not included. Use a rickshaw to save time waiting to buy. When in the sun, there are only zebras and deer. In general, I will not return to the safari area for the second time. Winter sun and unscientific working methods. The garden is still wild and the trees are not developed yet.
