It's just a normal experience. A room without the typical aromatherapy smell of other spas. Massage less than 60'. Don't feel the pressure. The rest scrub & soak. Nothing special. Shampoo was provided when requested. Hair dryer is the same as it must be requested first. Once is enough and never come back
