The redemption is fast and easy. Just show the staff the QR code to scan after ordering. Food is fantastic. Place is kept clean for diners. May not be able to find seats when crowded as there are limited seats. Will definitely purchase again

Ticket redemption wasn’t smooth. The staff at Tiong Bahru outlet asked where I purchased the ticket and they don’t recognize Traveloka. The staff also absent mindedly closed the register before I complete my purchase to fully utilize the value of of vouchers.
