first when I bought the tickets and attempted to use, I was told that the tickets is valid from Monday-Friday (I came on Saturday, Nov 8th) so I bought another tickets. there's no written clearly when you purchasing it. yesterday was Friday (Nov 14th) and when I attempted to redeem my tickets, I was told again my tickets are expired and only can be used on that day. lack of knowledge of the staff is very frustrating, they seems like dont care and unwilling to help.and the jacuzzi water was very dirty. no swim watcher in case any emergency situation occur. I'll go somewhere else next time
