Great experience. I stayed at New Sunny Hotel, which is basically next door to this travel office. It does get super crowded in the morning as all the tourists gathered, but just go to the sign-up table and they will take care of you. They took us to our bus and we visited the sites with no issues at all. It sure beats having to navigate the traffic by yourself! I joined the half-day tour so we ended at lunch (not included) and then the full-day tour participants left for the tunnel.
