The tour guide was friendly, it was fun to go to Bromo, good punctuality

I took the open trip package & documentation... pick-up time at the hotel & arrived at post 1 on time, unfortunately when waiting for the jeep you have to wait about 1.5 hours, to order several objects on time, the jeep driver was really pro, he knew Medan, even the roads in thick fog were very smooth... when touring some objects, we were lucky to get good weather. actually everything went smoothly, just a few notes for documentation, if you use a better camera and a guide who is also a photographer, you can direct more interesting photo spots & poses, this tour package will definitely be more memorable. because indeed I took this documentation package really hoping to get good photos.

try ordering an open trip during high season. overall the experience is quite satisfied for the opentrip package. From picking up, using the jeep, driver and tour guide, overall is good. That's free documentation too. and the driver and tour guide are patient enough to wait when exploring the Bromo Crater it takes more than an hour because of high season. Recommend for those who want to try to explore Bromo via open trip. 👍👍

driver so polite, always give us some options to choice to make us satisfied. that is really appreciated. he drove the vehicle so smooth and nice. The jeep's driver also nice and informative. I didn't know that this package was included breakfast. So we were enjoying our breakfast 😋. The food tasted so good. I really recommend this package. We bought the package and the tour partner did the rest. So simple and enjoyable 😉 Thank you very much.

The spot that we took awesome, we can get the best place to shot the scene! They really know the place, you can't imagine how we can reach the place while the road we through just full of fogs. I can't even see the road while we ride the Jeep. But the only thing that can be improved is the flexible tour guide, instead we just got the driver only. Wishing to get somebody who will get our perfect picture together while in Bromo.

The trip was comfortable even though it was picked up exactly at 12 pm, the driver was good hospitality, and at the stop before climbing to Bromo many other climbers gathered there, cool for a challenging family vacation, jeep riders are also experienced. But by chance my jeep driver is old, just stay put during the trip, if you don't say it, I won't talk ... So we just look around without knowing what place we're in. Hopefully next time traveloka find a jeep vendor who is also more friendly ...

Too hectic during peak season (dec), not able to reach the best spot for sun rise. Better pick low season with open trip, should future opportunities arise.

Info saja, untuk keluarga yang membawa anak kecil persiapkan segala sesuatunya sebaik mungkin karena udara di sana sangat dingin, terutama yg mengikuti trip bromo night sunrise.

Overall dgn harga yg dibayarkan & pengalaman yg didapat cukup worth it. Hanya saja banyak kekurangan dari tour tsb yg menurut saya mengurangi kenyamanan peserta. Pertama saya ikut tour open trip dgn maksimal peserta adalah 4 - 5 orang namun ternyata peserta dlm 1 jeep ada 7 orang sehingga hrs berdesak-desakan dlm jeep yg sempit sedangkan medan jalanan cukup sulit. Kedua, manajemen waktu kurang akurat krn setelah sampai di meeting point masih hrs tunggu jeep agak lama, padahal kondisi lg high season krn telat kami hanya sampai penanjakan 3.

Kenyataan di hari H jeep tidak datang dan mencari jeep baru tetapi waktu sudah terang sekali di atas sana... Sangat tdk rekomendasi

Di detail pesanan bahwa dr hotel akan dijemput dengan mobil ber-AC ke base camp jeep, kenyataannya dr hotel dijemput langsung dengan jeep sehingga tidak nyaman

Penjemputan dari hotel berjalan lancar, kemudian jalanan yang seharusnya kami lalui menuju puncak bromo ditutup karena sedang perbaikan. Dengan sigap driver langsung mengambil jalur lain yg agak sulit tapi dapat kami lalui. Alhamdulillah driver baik, dan sigap
