If you are short on time but want to see absolutely everything Komodo National Park has to offer, the 1-day shared speedboat tour from Labuan Bajo is the absolute best way to do it. The tour guides on these boats are fantastic. They act as lifeguards in the water and double as expert photographers/videographers on land, helping you get the best shots.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience with East Cruise! Optimus Prime… 😎 (25/09/2026). Honestly, we had such a great time with East Cruise! Everything was well organised from start to finish. Our guide Rico, the captain, and the whole crew were all so friendly, helpful, and professional. Rico was really nice and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. He gave clear instructions, shared interesting information about the places we visited, especially about the Komodo trip, and even helped us take some really nice photos! 📸 The snorkeling experience was definitely one of the highlights. The crew did an amazing job finding manta rays and turtles for us — such an incredible experience! 🪽🐢 What I really appreciated was how punctual, organised, and cooperative everyone was. You can really see that the whole team works well together to make sure the guests have a good experience. It was truly a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable day for all of us. We went back with lots of great memories and photos! ❤️ A big thank you to Rico Optimus Prime, the captain, and the entire East Cruise crew for making our Komodo trip so special. We purchased it officially and were picked up on time. However, when the tsunami sirens sounded, we were told to go home alone and run to higher ground. We didn't know where that higher ground was. Luckily, there was no tsunami. I don't recommend this experience. It was a mixture of ignorance and anxiety. We were refunded and given another voucher for the same experience, valid until the end of 2026. 😂😂😂

Even though our itinerary was changed during bad weather, I still enjoyed this trip. The crew was excellent, and they were friendly and nice.

So happy to use their service. The itinerary was just perfect. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We were able to see 3 or 4 Komodo dragons, deers, while snorkeling we saw baby sharks, manta rays, turtles, and a variety of fish. Padar Island was just too beautiful to hike, I can’t believe my eyes! A few comments: maybe it’s better to inform guests who have never been on a speedboat or done any snorkeling to be prepared correctly. For example, if one uses glasses, perhaps come with contact lenses. Things like that. Also, the toilets at Pink Beach were not available, so it’s better to notify guests so people are prepared beforehand. I’d suggest all tour operators have a discussion with the local government to provide this basic necessity (toilets in particular, better signage). It’s crucial to get the simple things right. Anyway, it’s been a great memory-making experience. Very recommended.
