Smartway contacted me effectively through WhatsApp. Coordination was smooth. On the D-day, the pick-up cars and drivers were on-time, and jeeps were still in good condition. There were 8 of us, and we managed to get 2 professional jeep drivers who fully understand the way to Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru. The Tour Leader was also acting as our photographer. He was so calm and patient in guiding old ladies and gentlemen like us. During the ride, they provided us with 600ml mineral water, 1 bread, and 1 choco bar. Thanks Mas Faiq, Mas Heldi, Mas Wawan, Mas Feril, and Mas Dana.

It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth visiting, especially since the guide was great at taking photos. Upon arrival at the jeep meeting point, we paid the guide in cash: IDR 225,000 per person plus a fuel surcharge of IDR 50,000, totaling IDR 275,000 × 3 = IDR 825,000.

So happy, didn't expect it to be this exciting! It was my first time to Bromo and I couldn't believe I chose the wrong tour operator. The tour guide and photographer were so awesome! Kudos to Mr. Alif! His videography skills are incredible! It felt like a post-wedding photo shoot. The video can't be uploaded to the review, so one sentence to describe it: it didn't need much editing and was already worthy of an IG reel! And the driver, Mr. Salim, oh my, was truly tough on the terrain. He didn't drive recklessly, and he chose the route very carefully even though it was off-road, but we weren't too bumpy behind him. Overall, very good! As for suggestions, the confirmation process at the beginning had to be repeated because it seemed to be auto-assisted by AI, but then it had to be reconfirmed at the end. It wasn't quite seamless. That's the only thing I think needs a little improvement. The pick-up and drop-off process was also good, even though we didn't use a direct shuttle from Smartway, the selection of online taxi drivers was also very good, the drivers didn't drive recklessly, which is an important point for me. The delivery driver from Malang and the hardtop car driver were very friendly. However, it was less comfortable when many street vendors kept crowding visitors hoping to buy their wares.

driver arrived early, suhu's driving skills were awesome. , although the car was old, but its performance was cool. yesterday it was an early morning and foggy trip, but the driver was able to control the winding and sandy terrain skillfully. we were given snacks in the form of bread, wafers and mineral water the photographer was a little late in arriving, but it was okay. very friendly and patient in serving our photo requests. the spots chosen were also okay, so it wasn't a waste of time. it was a bit sad that we couldn't enjoy the sunrise because it was covered in thick fog and we didn't get to the Bromo crater area because of our condition too. but all that paid off with cool photo results in other spots we left the Malang hotel at 1 am and returned at 1 pm. quite tired but satisfied. thanks smartwayid

The pick-up and drop-off staff, Mas Sholeh, is very friendly. The jeep driver, P Uun, is also patient and meticulous in taking you around. Overall, it's the best...

Picked up on time at the accommodation, then after picking up several other trip participants, headed straight to Bromo. The weather when I went was very cloudy and light drizzle but still blessed with beautiful mountain views even though it was covered in fog for a while. Provide a jacket and long pants, the temperature in Bromo at dawn can be below 10 degrees Celsius

A month ago I used SMARTWAY.ID services at Traveloka, to help me explore the Mount Bromo area. I contacted the number listed on Traveloka to coordinate with the agent team. The impression you get from this travel agent team is that they are very friendly and very helpful 👍 I got a Shuttle Driver a/n Mas Harsono, he was so friendly and polite. He picked up on time. The way to drive it is also very safe. During the trip I was made comfortable (talking), so it wasn't awkward. For the Jeep Driver and Tour Leader, I got Mas Dika, he was very friendly and polite too. Driving is very safe and not in a rush, even on very steep (bumpy) roads it still feels comfortable. Providing direction during the trip, willing to wait for us if we didn't meet on time 😅. Want to help with photo-in too 😁 One of the main things is the Tour Guide, I got Mas Denny. He is so friendly and welcoming. Coincidentally, in my Jeep team, I was with 4 foreigners while I was alone. He made me not feel awkward, tried to help me to mingle with others (besides I don't speak English fluently). I was made comfortable during the trip. Want to help with photo-in too 😁 I was really happy to be helped while exploring Mount Bromo by the three of them 👍 *PS: I'm also happy to be on a team with foreigners. I enjoy listening to them chat so I can learn 'listening' directly, even though I understand but I can't respond to 'speaking' (lack of PD 🥲) Overall, it's really worth it to use SMARTWAY.ID services The places visited were as described, nothing was missed.
