At first, the response was quite fast, and WhatsApp confirmation was also good. But on the day itself, they were a bit indifferent. I arrived half an hour before the scheduled time and was told to wait without meeting. They didn't even contact me until 6:00. I chatted and was only informed of the meeting location. When we met, there was no explanation, just told me to board the boat. I mean, re-inform the trip itinerary, etc. We went with the boat captain, who said he would help us snorkel. Well, not very helpful, and there was only one snorkeling location. The captain was friendly and kind, but not a guide. The boat was nice and clean. The private room was also as booked. The service was lacking. I understand that what I got was according to the details in the app. But it would have been better to explain it directly before starting the trip. Not welcoming. Is it because I booked through the app?

I was so happy, I was hopeless, I thought I wouldn't see any dolphins, but I ended up seeing lots of dolphins, I won't get bored with this tour, I want to go to Bali again next time.

Almost got cheated (?) ordered a private boat for our couple trip but was guided into a group boat of 9+ ppl. I had to explicitly tell the guide that I ordered a private boat, he still even asked me if I can be in a shared boat instead which of course I rejected 🤯 He then called his other friend to come with a private boat, making our trip late by ~15 mins, barely catching the sunrise. But giving the benefit of the doubt I guess it's just a miscommunication from mgmt and the guide. Hope it doesn't happen to other people 🤷 Tripwise it's a rather bad experience, tons of other boats were hunting to view the dolphins, like how poor are they for having to hear those roaring boat engines everyday! I felt guilty for the dolphins for taking part of this activity... We also didn't get many dolphin sightings, like maybe just 3-4x, definitely not worth it. The snorkeling experience was meh, the snorkeling equipment wasn't cleaned properly, boring white coral reef but relievingly there are tons of fish. Bring a pack of bread to feed the fish for maximum experience.
