shipping in Jakarta is ok very fast less than a day to arrive ticket exchange not all JR offices accept Hokiriku Arch Pass ticket exchange so I have to look for a JR office that accepts ticket exchange even though there are many offices in Tokyo ST I didn't have time to find it, finally I exchanged it at Haneda T2 at the agency

Very useful to use this pass for JR East and JR West. It is very cheap if you travel a lot in 7 days. The ride was smooth and comfortable.

The provider is very helpful. This pass is much cheaper than the regular JR pass. But the travel time from Tokyo to Osaka is longer. But if you want to go to Shirakawago/another city at the same time, this is suitable.
