We had 4.5 hrs delay. Supposed to arrived at 3.30 pm but in the end we arrived so late and long queue on immigration and we were able to be out around 10.30 pm but luckily the driver was able to pick us up despite of the late for hours. Mr. Michael is a very nice guy and helpful. Thank you

At first I was confused because until the morning of the pick-up day, the WA chat had not been responded to by the vendor. Fortunately, Traveloka CS was quick to help when contacted by email even though it was midnight, so I was calmer while waiting for confirmation from the local vendor. Finally, the pick-up was on time with a friendly, very helpful driver and a comfortable car.
