The staff was very helpful and the process was very fast. God willing, I'll return and use this ferry again.

Staff-nya sangat membantu dan prosesnya cepat sekali. Insya Allah mau balik lagi dan menggunakan kapal ferry ini.

Best.. best of experience next time you can travel to Batam. But immigration is not friendly.

The waiting room and terminal were still very quiet, and there were no public power outlets for charging cell phones.
