Comfortable and satisfying, on time departure.

I had a good experience taking the Majestic Ferry from Singapore to Batam. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were helpful. The ferry was clean, comfy and departed on time. Oh, and the interior was super nice too!

Easy redemption with clear instructions. They asked for a printed copy of the ticket though. Counter staff was helpful to rearrange another trip as we were slightly late to check in. We would recommend this purchase.

everything ok..but Traveloka sell Ferry ticket too expensive..if buy indo Batam center only IDR 400rb instead of 533 RB..so sad

Awesome! This was my first time taking a ferry from Singapore to Batam. The ship was clean, and the travel time was not long, only 1 hour. The ship was on time.

The departure schedule turned out to be fixed (not all day admission), but fortunately we were able to help reschedule at the counter, the counter staff were also very helpful when there was an error in inputting the passport number

Very pleasant, in terms of cleanliness, facilities are VERY GOOD both in terms of ships and ports. Everything is highly RECOMMENDED and SAFE!! On time too!!!
