The boat was clean. The folk music performance the other day was also interesting. There was a free photographer on board. You could take as many pictures as you wanted, and you could even choose to have ice cream or a drink. We went from Bach Dang Street to Landmark 81 and then back again.

Upper Deck. The cruise was on time, and the staff extremely helpful. Tickets sent to us, and staff made sure we were there on time to collect. Seating was very comfortable indeed, and complimentary drinks included. Lovely singers inboard. Worth buying and very good value. Upper deck a must.

I booked my tickets for 9 PM on February 15th. When I went to pick them up, the ticket seller said that the 9 PM tickets were full and that something hadn't been processed on the app, I'm not sure what. My purpose in booking for 9 PM was so that Landmark 81 and Ba Son Bridge would still be lit up, allowing me to see the whole city. The result was that my tickets were moved to 10 PM when the lights were off. It cost 679k VND per ticket, but it didn't meet my expectations. If there's no agreement between both parties, they shouldn't accept bookings on the app and then change customers' tickets like that.

I experienced a last-minute train delay after arriving at Bach Dang pier. The ticket agent explained it was due to a system shutdown. Since January 1st (lunar calendar), I haven't received my refund. I don't know who to contact to report this. I hope the company reads this and can contact me at 0989669616.
