The eSIM was sent quickly via email. Installation on the phone was smooth, and the instructions were clear about when to activate it to ensure the correct start period. There were no issues during activation either. Just make sure to read the instructions carefully to enable roaming.

It was initially difficult to activate. After it was activated, many apps were blocked in China, including WhatsApp. It only took a few hours for it to work properly.

Once I landed in Kunming Airport, I got a good signal even while still onboard the plane. I suggest you set it up on your phone before departure so that you can use it once landed. I had a stress free layover in China because I avail the e-sim before departure. As a first timer of using e-sim, it was complicated and stressful at first but I was able to follow through the instructions in the manual given.

Very disappointing, it couldn't be activated or used upon arrival in China. When I asked for a refund, I received no feedback, only a confirmation, even though I'm a subscriber. Not recommended!
