No USB outlets so take your own. The rooms are very tired and need refurbishing badly. Beds were clean but very lumpy pillows. OK stay at a pinch for a night but no longhand that

Rooms were just ok- little musty smell and corridors were old and dingy. There is no elevators in the building so if u have heavy luggage you have to lift it yourself and take it upstairs and no help is provided. They charge 100$ security deposit on your card and does not even provide the receipt for the same. I requested the receipt by email after check out but have not received anything yet even after one full day being gone.

Staff was helpful, beds were old and sunken in and bathroom smelled like urine, the staff changed my room. But bed was very uncomfortable. Probably won’t book this one again. Pool opens late too.

Stayed for 1 night for wok. No wifi working. Pillows were uncomfortable and room ac didnt cool the room down enough.

Property was old and run down. Smelled musty and dirty. It appears that some rooms are also being used for long term care.

Everything was great. Went out for food. The restaurant Southside Grill across the street is amazing.

Room was large in spacious but not in good condition. There were cobwebs on the lamps , the blackout curtains were worn and there were some bugs in the bathroom ants and even a worm. So given the price of $255 for the night with a 4:00 check-in and an 11:00 departure it was not a deal at all. Having said that the pool was a good size and would have been amazing except for the large crowd of young noisy boys occupying half of the pool. The adjoining restaurant for breakfast was great and affordable at $15 for buffet breakfast. The other disappointing thing was that we were told there was a gym available for our use across the road and we could ask for the pass to go to the gym. When we went to ask for the the card we were told that there was no longer a partnership with that gym. Inconsistencies in the front desk staff about the amenities were concerning. Felt the hotel was overpriced given lack of amenities and and lack of supervision in the pool for the children who were present.

I should give away bottles of water for free.

There was a large wet spot in the corner of our room. The air conditioner was leaking. We were given 2 towels knowing we had 3 people staying for 2 days. They ran out of towels at the pool. Kids walked back to rooms dripping wet. The door to the pool was broken and for a time we were locked in the pool area.

Location was good but the hotel is a bit dated. Beds were comfortable and A/C was great!
