Stayed 4 nights. Brought along 2 dogs. Had to cross a busy street on the side of the building to find a patch of grass. If you are going to be “ pet friendly “ please have a place for them. Bathroom floor looked as though it had not been mopped. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Room had no microwave. There were 3 towels in the bathroom and two washcloths. Valet staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful experience from start to finish front of house staff were very helpful in accommodating our early check-in, room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay. Very grateful to housekeeping, staff, and valet service staff while at our stay. Thank you all!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The lobby was beautiful and made a great first impression. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, and the valet service was excellent—fast, efficient, and very convenient. The hotel was exceptionally clean, our room was spacious and comfortable, and any service we needed was provided promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

A/c,shower and toilet were barely working. I had to use the skimmer on the pool before we went in. Was disgusting. And on top of that they were housing the homeless there. People passed out with needles just outside the lobby, we got an ambulance for one.....and the room next to us. For the price. The place is a disgrace

We stayed here a few years ago and loved the hotel. Great staff and service. Extremely well maintained and it looks like some updates to the rooms have been done since our last stay, which is nice as well. On our last stay I believe there was free parking at one of the municipal lots, unfortunately that is no longer a safe option with Londons ever growing unhoused population. You can either pay for parking in a municipal lot or use the hotels valet service for safe underground parking. We were only staying one night so it was only $12 more to opt for valet service. Well worth it and nice to have the car brought out when we were ready to go. I was pretty sure they offered free breakfast on our last visit as well. I distinctly remember the set up and dining in the area overlooking the pool. No free breakfast this time but they do still have the restaurant if you want dine there. I'm sure the food is good but we did not try it.

A nice hotel for a quick stay, though the layout can be a bit confusing if you aren’t paying attention

Put the DND sign up on the door, but was knocked on 3 days straight. Also found some centipede bug in the room. Hotel comped us buffet breakfast, which was nice. However for the price you pay, there should be a kitchenette or something. Our friend stayed at Residence Inn for 1/2 the proce and have a full size fridge, microwave, and stove. The staff is uber friendly and very accommodating, however the quality of room for the price does not match today's economy.

Wonderful and staff were on point

The hotels cleanliness was top notch! The staff definitely went above and beyond to get us an early check in and help with printing in the print center. Restaraunt food and wait staff were excellent as well. The store is very expensive (I think $6.99 for a chocolate bar) but it’s there for emergencies or last minute snacks should you want them. If you’re not afraid to walk, it’s also walking distance to st Joseph’s hospital with lots of restaurants in the area. I would 100% recommend.

It was a very nice hotel. However if you have even a little bit of steam from the bathroom enter the room the fire alarm starts going off.

If you can, go for the VIP lounge on the top floor.
