Impeccable service, gorgeous hotel. Was an extremely warm welcome when we arrived and every time we returned from an outing. Loved our room very much, but the real standout is the staff and the exceptional atmosphere they create. Will absolutely be back! Loved the neighbourhood too, just wonderful all around

A short stay but I really nice one. A very traditional hotel, very well run and maintained with friendly and authentic staff. Hotel and rooms very clean.

The Chesterfield is a boutique Hotel in a very old building. Old buildings carry an incredible amount of charm and personality but, as with any old building, there can be an unexpected surprise on occasion. Unfortunately, I had that with my room, but, I have to say, staff was incredibly responsive and quick in making sure I was accommodated and accommodations that were well appreciated. They could not have done enough for me. I have stayed at this hotel more than once in both winter and summer and I find to be quite cozy. Space. It is easy walking distance to shopping, the tube, bus lines, fine restaurants and casual ones alike. I would highly recommend.

Lovely character hotel with highly attentive well trained staff. Great front desk, doormen and bartender. Very happy with our stay at the Chesterfield. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful location.

The hotel was excellent and frankly exceeded our expectations. The room was not overly large however it was VERY comfortable and had good amenities. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning staff does an excellent job. The turn down service was really nice. The restaurant and room service was excellent and offered a variety of selections. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance as well as Green Park and Buckingham palace. The green park tube station is also an easy walk.

Great staff,excellent hotel

We thought the Chesterfield was fantastic, just down the street from Berkley Square. A tremendous value, we thought.

This hotel is great with good facilities across the board but it is, without doubt, the staff a that make it exceptional.

We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on the hotel food

Our waitress highly recommended the French toast. when it arrived, it was ONE slice. The person who received it told the waitress he was still hungry.. She shrugged it off. We had to ask for a refill of coffee 3 times to three different people. When it finally arrived we were finished eating so we had a few sips of it. I was treating an ex-Ambassador and his wife to breakfast. It was embarrassing. However, I did not want to argue the charge in front of them. It was 21.99 pounds for the cofee. Almost $30 for the refill.

Terrific location and lovely service

Tiny room even smaller bath. Bland room decore, view of building’s mechanics. No mini bar. Kettle and cups hidden away in a box on the top shelf of the closet, due to small room size. Careful taking it down it’s heavy. In room dining menu is limited. Room service omitted part of my order each time. Disappointing as the hotel’s public room decore is grand and lavish. Very friendly and helpful staff especially door men. No upgrade offered.

The staff on reception - especially Israel - were lovely and made a special, if all too brief stay.

Absolutely the best hotel in London. The room was great, but it was the staff who made this a perfect experience for me and my daughter.
