My new wife and I went to Cozumel Palace for our honeymoon in June of 2026, and overall we had a good experience. The reason why I can't give the resort 5 stars is because of the aggressive timeshare pitch ("vacation club" seems to be the latest euphemism for this) in the lobby that you're required to aggressively rebut right after checking in when you're exhausted from traveling, and there's a more gentle timeshare pitch at the very end that left us with a bad taste in our mouths. The aggressive timeshare salespeople are by far the worst thing about traveling to Mexico and we may not go back because of it; most American travelers HATE aggressive timeshare pitches! However, the pros far outweigh the cons at Cozumel Palace. We wanted a small, relaxing resort with good food and a great view and that's what we got, so we're happy we went there for our honeymoon. They gave us lots of honeymoon perks and we used the resort credits on a romantic beach surf & turf dinner with an excellent violin player. Be warned that this is not a party place and it does not have a beach, so if you're looking for those things then Cozumel Palace isn't for you. It was just what we were looking for though.

The best all-inclusive I’ve stayed in to date

The sales pitch was pretty persistent and food was average but resort property was nice and staff was helpful.

3rd time here. Loved it every time

Right on the gorgeous ocean. Rooms spacious and clean. Restaurants have good meal selections. Bartenders make great drinks. Not your typical all inclusive. We have been three times to this resort. Fourth trip is in the works!!

Me and my husband love it here. We were talking about when we would return before we ever left. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is the best we have ever encountered. The food and drinks are delicious. And the water-amazing! We never missed the beach.

Everything was wonderful although it would be nice if the pool was open in the evenings

Just the problem is the top room make to much noise in the mornings

Excellent hotel. Fantastic food. Nice excursions. Relaxing environment with beautiful pool overlooking the sea. Great entertainment. Very safe and welcoming. Spa was very comforting. Staff were extremely helpful and supportive.

This was one of the best places we have every stayed. It had a smaller feel and didn't feel busy at all. There were so many areas to sit and enjoy the sun or shade, the staff was top notch and super friendly. We would come back every year if we could!

Palace resorts are amazing. Our 4th visit to one. This resort is small but it made our trip that more memorable. The guests and staff were all amazing. Activities were plentiful and we discovered snorkeling a few steps away from your lounge chair..

The staff were great! The room was spectacular and clean every day. The hotel and facilities were spotless! The food was very good. The drinks were top shelf! The overall experience was great and would recommend! JK
