My Points

The staff were very helpful.
I arrived in the morning, so I got to the hotel early, but they allowed me to check in because it was Christmas!
I prefer a firm mattress, so this didn't suit me, but other than that it was great!

今回朝着だったので、早くにホテルに着いたのですが、クリスマスだからとチェックインしていただきました！
マットレスが固めが好みなので、合わなかったのですが、それ以外は最高です！
