First they gave us a nasty smelly room. They switched us to another room with old rough towels ,,bed and bedding very low quality. A/C had no filter on it reported it they never came to fix issue.Furniture very very dated.Like 2 Star vs the 4 star they claim online.Desperately needs updating. Could be a nice hotel as its centrally located

Hotel monterrey macroplaza is walking distance to paseo santa lucia and barrio antiguo plenty of restaurants around the area. We did not like that the showers would clog up and roaches in rooms. We got the breakfast buffet included but its not worth it horrible service and food was poor quality

Check in take more that 30 min, no shampo in the restroom and no enough towels

My rooms carpet was soaking wet they told the manger and he said they would change the room and they never did. The room smelled like humidity really bad.

I had to move rooms 4 times the rooms were horrible 2 rooms were flooded I almost fell in the bathroom. From moving room to room my husband lost his glasses and I asked that same night for the front desk staff to go look in the rooms and they did not want to. I finally asked to talk to the manager and he told me he was going to look into it and call me and he never did. The staff made faces when I would go ask about my husbands glasses and treated me like I was the problem. The curtains had mold in every room and the third floor smelled like humidity and mold as soon as you got off the elevator. The beds were so hard and very uncomfortable.

My wife and i requested to move room twice. First room the AC was not working properly it was so hot. Second room the shower was not working. On the thrid room everything worked but the sink water was dark (dirtty) horrible experience maybe on the future ill.gice it another chance.

I like the macroplaza with all the shopping and restaurants, great place for everyone!!
