Staff was polite and courteous, but the room has cochraches, you can see them at the bathroom counter, bedside tables, even during the day. And that is disgusting. Overall the hotel need an upgrade, too old.

Me encanto que esta cerca de la Macroplaza y hay muchos lugares que visitar y puedes ir caminando. En cuanto al desayuno era limitado y su aspecto no era el mejor.

First they gave us a nasty smelly room. They switched us to another room with old rough towels ,,bed and bedding very low quality. A/C had no filter on it reported it they never came to fix issue.Furniture very very dated.Like 2 Star vs the 4 star they claim online.Desperately needs updating. Could be a nice hotel as its centrally located
