Need to improve the check-in process. Understaffed in housekeeping causes delays. Part of Expedia package, felt like the left hand didn’t know what right hand was doing — dealt with 3 different people during check-in. Not a good first impression. Additional staff training, maybe.
Asked for extra Twinning tea bags and extra ginger cookies for the room,,,,,I’m still waiting. Stayed for 7 days, felt daily security deposit, hold on credit card, excessive.
