Fantastic, walkable location. Really comfy suite. And the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

Well located, comfortable room with kitchenette which was very helpful. Good shower was also very nice! Breakfast was quite good too. Totally weird layout from the combination of different buildings but once you got used to it no big deal. Location makes most of Oslo within walking distance and we loved Oslo!

No air conditioning. Very nice room but too hot and stuffy. Opening windows did not allow any cool air to enter and outside noise was annoying. Excellent buffet breakfast

Great room and a fabulous location. Walking distance from the public transit and airport train(national theatre stop) Also, walking distance from major tourist attractions and park. The staff were super friendly and the beds were super comfortable. But by far the best thing was the amazing breakfast- so many choices, excellent quality food in a lovely dining room. I would definitely stay there next time!

Good food. Pillows could be more comfortable and room needed a supply of fresh milk. Don’t ask for a packed breakfast as you will get the morning’s leftovers in a cardboard box and bag which leaks everywhere and is cold.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful! Onsite laundry was amazing, probably the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Excellent location.

This was the perfect hotel for a two night stay in Oslo, very close to the Royal Palace and a short walk from the shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and tea/coffee was available in the lobby. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best on our trip across Norway. There was so much choice and all of it was delicious 😊 We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Oslo!

The breakfast was truly one of the best I’d had at any hotel in 30 years. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms were perfect with lovely down pillows and comforters. I will seek out Thon hotels for future stays.

The room service was terrible. Checked in and realised none of the shampoo, shower gel or hand wash was topped up. There was a bowl of half eaten strawberries in fridge from previous guest. Next day asked for room to be cleaned and they didn’t do it. Reception staff was friendly and helpful and the management gave us compensation for the inconvenience. The self service laundry was great and reasonably priced. Charging 100 nok a night for a baby cot is a rip off. Good breakfast Buffett. Apart from room service nothing to complain.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return again on our next trip to Oslo. The location is truly excellent — within walking distance of major tourist attractions, as well as countless restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, and shops. Public transportation access was also incredibly convenient, with easy connections to train stations and the airport, which made traveling around the city stress-free. Our room was spacious, quiet, very clean, and located on the first floor, which we appreciated after a long international trip. The room included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of this hotel was the breakfast buffet. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with a wonderful variety and excellent quality selections. Another thoughtful touch was the sitting area next to the lobby where guests could freely access still water, sparkling water, tea, and coffee throughout the day. This was such a great convenience — no need to deal with boiling water in the room or being limited to instant coffee. Every member of the staff was friendly, respectful, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of service and hospitality we experienced here was honestly better than some 5-star hotels we have stayed at in the past.
