Lovely hotel, right next to a shopping centre, would definitely return if we’re in the area.

Breakfast hot food was cold, prepared fruit was tasteless, coffee very average

Nice stay, beds good - but lots of different types of pillows which were awkward for some of us. There was no tea and coffee in the room despite a kettle. Large car park which appeared safe. Will consider booking again for our next trip.

Clean hotel and room. Attached to a large shopping center with parking and access to transportation

Staff was exceptionallly helpful when persons in room above were continally disruptive with noise. We will be forever gratefull.

A functional transit stop on our route back to the ferry port. Very handy having the shopping mall next door with multiple dining options. The room was comfortable and functional. We would have preferred a China mug for our hit drinks that we could rinse out rather than single use paper cups (which we had to ask for more of) Very good breakfast buffet selection.

Lovely hotel .

We liked the proximity to the tram station. We didn't like the utterly useless aircon in the room, which meant we had a terrible night's sleep as we were too hot. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a decent night's sleep as a given when you book into a hotel.

Always a good choice for a stopover here. Good parking.. Always Busy in the lifts though!

Pool was packed, not surprising given the temperature. Check-in could be automated to speed it up, or as an option. Excellent beds, pillows and air conditioning. Breakfast was also very good.

Ideal spot for short stays and access to the city center.

Good for a stopover and we’ve stayed here quite a few times. This time our room was a let down with no walk in shower and the shower over the bath had no water pressure.. and we didn’t get the city view shown on the booking.

Just good for a stop in the middle way back home
