Very nice and helpful staff, but, rooms are very outdated, at least the one I stayed. Nice and clean elevators. Fiesta Club Restaurant, staff extremely attentive and nice, but, food very basic. Location of the hotel excellent.

Great hotel

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very polite and useful, i did not eat or went to the bar. But i did tried to order room service and i thought that the prices were extremely high, so i did not order anything. The hotel is right on Reforma street and it is walking distance to almost every monument and restaurants. If you don't like to walk the MetroBus stop is right in front of the hotel. The gym was ok, I did not like that the rooms at night are bright even with all curtains closed. And also the rooms are not noise proof. I could hear every person that pass trough my room and every car honking outside.

Un hotel bien ubicado. Una buena habitacion, con todo lo que se necesita para estar comodo y sentirse como en casa. Y todo el personal sin excepcion, muy amables y con muy buena actitud. Recomendable para volver a regresar.

Older hotel. AC dost work well. With that said they brought fan that worked good and maintenance staff did everything they could. From check intel check out staff was 100%. We ate most of our meals at the restaurants and food was very good. What makes this average hotel into an excellent hotel is the service in the staff. They’re very well trained and super nice people.

I love this hotel! It’s beautiful, and staff is very friendly. The location is incredible, everything is close by. I loved the room and the beautiful view. The food and drinks were amazing. I recommend this hotel 100%
