The Lady ( Liliana Escobar) that cleaned our room did an excellent job to get our room ready for an Early Check-in. But the personnel at the reception desk were very UNPROFESSIONAL they told us to wait 4 times ( starting at 9:00 am) for our room to get ready ( we had agree to pay the extra fee for the early check-in) but they told us, as I mentioned before, to wait for times until we finally decided to wait for the regular time to check-in The rest of the stay was very pleasant.

I rent two masters suite, unfortunately I didn’t get one of my room as I paid a urging to the pictures I saw on Expedia, I have to go back to front desk the next day and tell them why my daughter got a dark room old, one window, the staff was helping to change the next day, but I am not happy because I paid for two room and the girl at front desk should told me instead of been mute and give me cero information, my fauther didn’t say anything, but I went to see their room and I felt play by front desk, in suited and desive after I paid for two rooms of the same, I got play by front desk if fiesta americana

Rooms were dirty, needed a lot of upgrades, tons of stains on the walls and roof. Far from VIP experience

It was clean and very friendly staff

The staff was so friendly, the room was clean and well stocked. Hotel was in a great location, walked around day and night and felt comfortable doing so.

Coffee machine didn’t work. Bed had big dip in right side. Room was clean. A bit dated. Tv was good.

They had trouble finding my reservation, but front desk was helpful and they eventually resolved the issue.

El hotel es muy bueno, bella entrada, buena atención. el gimnasio es excelente. Yo estuve en enero 2025 y no veo cambios en la remodelación de las alfombras y los baños. Hece falta cambiar esto para que el hotel sea magnifico.

Las señorítas en el front desk no son muy amables. Atienden mas por obligación que por convicción
