Nice hotel in city center

Nice location close to every where

Particularly liked the massage chair in my room. Didn’t like foolish shower set-up.

Generally excellent hotel close to the centre. The buffet breakfast is ample and very good. The television in my room did not work and could not be fixed during my short stay. The tub/shower arrangement is a bit treacherous getting in and out.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located with a gorgeous rooftop pool and spa. Staff were incredibly friendly.

The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. I had a double booking issue and the manager, Zorzo, solved the problem expeditiously. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s located within 100 feet from a super market and about 100 yards from the city center. The breakfast is great. Food is fresh and there are a variate of it. There is also a small gym and a pool. I highly recommend it.

On arrival, reception said they had a maintenance issue so had upgraded us to the sister Hotel Union next door. Therefore my review is really for that hotel, but the two hotels share some facilities e.g. swimming pool and will have some shared standards and staffing. Service was excellent throughout, especially when they found my husband's lost property. Breakfast very good, with great quality and selection of food. Location is brilliant, walking distance from sights, shops, restaurants and station. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Ljubljana, a vibrant city with lots of good energy. The hotel has a pool and spa, which is particularly an advantage.

This was a great way to end my trip to Slovenia! The staff were the friendliest that I had encountered during my trip. I had stated at a different hotel in Ljubliana at the beginning of my trip but much preferred this one. It was quiet, clean, everyone was friendly. I chose to self park and the stalls are a bit small/tight but that’s common. I could have done valet which would have been easier I am sure. The pool isn’t heated but I knew that and am used to swimming in cold canadian waters so I loved it. Refreshing! Walking distance to everything. Easy to get around. I loved it and would stay again!

Very close to the center and easy to walk to

The property was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and sauna were a perfect place to either start your day or relax and unwind at the end. The hotel is only a stone throw from Prešeren Square. Anytime I come to Ljubljana this is where I’m staying!
