I have stayed here a few times over the past 15 years and never had any issues. This time was maybe the best. Front staff was very friendly. We booked a king and pullout as there was no double queen room. When we got there, they were able to switch us to a double room on the 1st floor. Rooms and atrium were very clean. A few places needed minor repairs, but they were painting the atrium and balconies while we were there. So bonus. Rooms weren't cleaned daily, but we were able to get clean towel when needed. The housekeeping staff were always friendly too. Pool and hot tub were great. The free breakfast buffett was ok. Two mornings they ran out of yoghurt. They only had apples for fruit. Pancakes, eggs and saugages were good. I would have liked if they had bagels or english muffins, instead of just bread to toast. I brought my own bagel but they said I couldnt eat it there. One morning there were cinnamon buns, but I think the other mornings they went quickly, so more muffins would have been nice. Lots of coffee, tea and juice. We did eat in the restaurant one night too. I really enjoyed the stir fry. We stayed a week, and it was great.

It was a quick stop off the highway, check in quick and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a very good night's sleep. The breakfast included was more than expected with friendly greeting and decent food.

The staff were great but were not very clean, quite outdated, but was ok for a night stay for the price. Breakfast was good.

In dire need of a facelift and some TLC. Desk staff was pleasant. Room was stuffy and smelled of pet deodorant. Bathroom fixtures were old and rusty. Outside of the side door was littered with countless cigarette butts, well short of the 9 metre no smoking rule. The location was convenient for what we needed to do in the area, but I would not stay here again - I’d rather drive the extra distance to a nicer place.

Sink and tub were plugged . Toilet barely flushed. Things were broken and it wasnt very clean... i wouldnt stay here again. . Gross. Not worth the price at all

Restaurant was delicious. Hotel is very dated. No elevator

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was very dated possibly 70-80’s with old lamps. Very poor lighting in the room. Carpeted flooring; which was horrible for allergies. Stained gold out couch, ventilation was terrible. The room was very hot, there was no ac, the windows didn’t open, it was very hot to try to sleep. There was no fan in the bathroom to relieve the steam from the shower; although there was a switch beside the light switch in the bathroom…it was kind of just there for appearance rather than function (fake switch). We also had spiders and ants in the bathroom crawling around the floor. We were in town for a sporting event, and in and out of the hotel for two days. For the price, I could have booked an updated room elsewhere.

Enjoyed seeing the fish near the pool.

Very convenient, easy check in and check out, affordable, great for dog owners.

We had to switch rooms 3 times, not cleaned, stained sheets, dusty..

The property was unique and kids liked it. However, there was an odd smell in my room, the bathroom ceiling is dated and stained and there were little ants all on the ceramic floor in the entrance and bathroom. I couldnt see any in the room since there was carpet However i assume there were sone there as well.

Great stay, clean and affordable pricing! Nice interior courtyard and good food at the restaurant.

Didnt replace towels or clean room in-between nights...bsthroom tub had a drip

So dirty and outdated! I stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and nothing has been updated!

Nice place , like the pool area

Had a great stay and will definitely be going back.

My light bulb in the bathroom burnt out and though i requested that it be replaced it was not replaced.
