I wish the SPA renovation finishes soon. I would like to try that facility.

Excellent location and hotel

The hotel is warm and charming, with friendly staff. We were tired after a long flight and train ride, and it was just what we needed to cheer us up. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff service was amazing!

Every thing was great except the bed it was like a water bed super soft your needs to be in the middle not to fall . I asked for a board but it didn’t help

A great property with a proud history

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. A traditional grand hotel with a view over the lake and walking distance of the station and Kunsthalle. Vast rooms and corridors, superb restaurants and breakfast. Staff are formal, efficient and professional. Outstanding.

Amazing staff and wonderful rooms. Excellent breakfast, lovely bar and terrace, and the restaurants we top notch! Perfect location for a visit to Hamburg.

The hotel and the staff were sll lovely. We had a fantastic stay and felt very spoilt.

The Atlantic Hotel has a great location, right next to the Alta Alsta Lake. The room was very comfortable (superior, Lake view), with a large bathroom and very comfortable king bed. We had dinner in the Health and Grill and both the food and the view was excellent. Breakfast was superb, with a great choice , including the excellent Atlantic Omelette (with shrimp). We used the pool and spa and were overall very impressed with the facilities. Staff at the Atlantic are helpful and attentive, adding to the overall experience. The inner courtyard and Atlantic bar are worth a visit, with a great atmosphere and cocktail collection. I would recommend taking the hop on/off tour bus (it stops right outside the hotel), if you want to see the major sites of the city. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Hamburg and of course, the Atlantic!
