Good hotel in Kamloops for a short stay. Staff are friendly and stay up late for people who have to check in late. Easy parking as well.

Sketchy area. Building is in very poor condition. Rooms were cleaned the best they could considering the condition of the building.

There were stairs to get up to the front desk. Not wheelchair accessible and tough on persons with mobility issues. And the bathroom fan was super noisy/didn’t actually vent air? On the positive side: Tons of hot water A/C was great 30 steps from a 24/7 Denny’s restaurant The owners were very friendly and helpful Great price

The room was needed for a shower and a bed to sleep in.The room was in process of renovating the bathroom but was clean and functional well. The bed was clean and gave a good sleep. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Basic comfortable room. The building was a bit run down and full of stairs, which made it difficult for us to get our luggage in and out.

The air conditioning is not really working , it’s just the fan is working and my room smelled chlorine because my room was beside laundry room

The room required a lot of maintenance including the faux tile was separating in the shower and there not being a latch for the door, and the area in which the property was located was less than desired. Lighting in the room was an issue as well

This is the first Sandman's Inn. 2 story's, no elevator. Some moderations. Neighboring Cafe was good. Original owner wa a friend so I might be a bit biased. God Loves you!

We had a great stay at the Sandman Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help whenever we had questions. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and our room..the beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only thing i didnt like was that window didnt have screen on it ,so i couldn't open it.

Poor communication with the hotel. I expressed the need for a pet friendly room. Upon arriving I was told that wasn’t in my reservation. I emailed twice without an answer. The staff did give me a room and had it cleaned. A nice save by staff members. Overall the stay was good.
